Guarantee your happiness

The Profile Service Guarantee is a promise from me to you that you will be satisfied with the customer service that you receive from my team and me. If you’re not satisfied and if you decide to transfer out (all of) your account(s) to some other firm within three months of the time you signed up, I’ll foot the bill.

This means that if you’re unhappy with our service and decide to leave and close out your account(s) with us, I’ll pay whatever transfer fee you paid to move your money to us in the first place up to $100, which is the most that I’ve ever seen a brokerage firm charge someone to transfer out his account. On top of that, I’ll pay the transfer-out fee or bank wiring fee that you may incur to send your assets to a new place, also up to $100. Of course, I’ll return the document processing fee that you paid me to open the account, and I’ll rebate the account administration fee that you paid.

Why am I doing this? I want to make sure that you feel totally comfortable getting started with Profile Investment Services, Ltd. After helping investment clients for over 25 years, I am confident that I can give people the service they deserve, and that my incredible staff can help keep clients happy.

I’m not guaranteeing investment returns since all investments can lose money.

One thing you need to know is that I’m not providing a guarantee against investment losses. There are two reasons for that: #1 No one can predict how the market will behave in the future, and all investments have risks; and #2 It’s against the rules for me to personally guarantee clients that they won’t lose money. The regulators forbid it.

Choose a licensed financial professional who takes care of you

If you find that I’m not providing the level of service that you expected, let me know. And if you’re still not satisfied, then please go ahead and transfer your account(s) to a company that you feel will serve you better. Your happiness is paramount in this relationship, and if I can’t serve you well, I’d like you to work with someone who will.

The bottom line

Try us for three months and if for any reason whatsoever you’re not happy and you end up moving your business elsewhere within 90 days of opening your account, then you’ll get back the document processing fees you paid us to get started, the transfer-out-of-the-old-company fee (up to $100), the transfer-out-of-our-company fee (up to $100), and the account administration fee that you paid. That’s my commitment to you.

In return, once you pass the 90-day mark, I’d appreciate if you would tell your family and friends about the services that we provide, and you can let them know that they will get this same satisfaction guarantee if they want to try working with us, too.
