Douglas Goldstein, CFP®
Douglas, married, father of four, is the owner and director of Profile. He began his career on Wall Street in 1992 at Dean Witter. After developing a successful practice in New York, Doug moved with his wife and family to Israel. Doug is a licensed financial professional both in the U.S. and Israel. He is accredited by the Israel Securities Authority as an investment advisor, holds the designations of Certified Financial Planner™, Registered Investment Advisor, and Trust and Estate Practitioner, and is a member of both the Financial Planning Association and of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Doug is frequently invited to give lectures as well as teach college courses on investing. He is often invited to comment on financial affairs on the radio, TV, and in local and international newspapers. He also serves as a trainer and consultant to banks in Israel. His advice appears weekly in the Jerusalem Post, and he is the author of the book, Building Wealth in Israel: A Guide to International Investments and Financial Planning.
Yoram Ohana
Yoram serves as Manager of the Special Services division of the Profile Family Office. With a background in business and international marketing, he assists Profile clientele in dealing with many aspects of wealth management, specifically focusing on coordinating charitable services. Married with two children, Yoram brings a diversified business background to help clients.
Sandy Ohana Sandy is Profile's Office Manager and head of operations. She moved to Israel from Texas in 1997 and joined Profile. She has a strong background in a wide variety of areas of bank management, including compliance, new accounts, documentation, employee training, and operations. Overseeing all of the firm's client services, she enhances the Profile "client first" philosophy in all her activities. She is married with two children, living in Efrat.
Nechama Zecharia
Nechama made aliyah from Denver, Colorado in 2006. Her past work experience includes customer relations, forensic accounting and various administrative duties. Her genuine desire to exceed customer expectations, and her attention to detail, are qualities that make her an excellent addition to our team. Nechama lives in Jerusalem with her husband.
Henry Valier
Henry helps clients with the day-to-day operations concerning the details of their accounts. Having worked in London for several years before making aliya, he brings a broad range of client service tools to assist our clients. Henry lives with his wife and daughter in Jerusalem.
Monica Vaca
Monica is Operations Manager at Portfolio Resources Group, Inc., the U.S. broker/dealer with which we are associated and through which we offer securities. Monica is an experience trader having joined Portfolio Resources after working at UBS PaineWebber from 1994 to 2003 as a Registered Client Service Associate, as a Financial Advisor, and as a Registered Branch Service Associate. She is Series 7, 63, and 65 licensed, and is fluent in English and Spanish. She lives in Miami with her husband and three sons.
Naomi Grossman Originally from London, Naomi came to Israel in the early nineties. She has worked as a translator, writer, and editor, and brings her broad experience to help Profile produce its publications. Naomi lives in Jerusalem with her eight children.
